Lettuce is feast or famine in my garden. I either have WAY too much growing at once or I wish there was more! Anyone else find they forget to breathe sometimes? I’m really appreciative of this book that helped me to slow down and focus on breathing. I found it interesting that many breathing issues stem from how we have evolved in the kitchen.
